Our service is for older adults whose abilities to perform daily activities are impacted by physical limitations, cognitive impairments, and environmental barriers.
What you can expect
- we will aim to respond to your enquiry within 3 working days.
- we will conduct a person- centred occupational therapy assessment at your home, identifying your strengths, challenges and GOALS.
- receive a comprehensive report summarising your assessment and recommendations to include links to equipment providers (for guidance).
- we may make recommendations that incur extra costs, such as purchasing of equipment. Prior to any additional works being undertaken, a clear transparent pricing structure will be communicated.
Cost: £150 Initial Assessment & report.
Follow up assessments
Personalised Therapy Programs are designed with your specific goals in mind, offering a tailored approach to improve your overall wellbeing and independence.
Follow up assessments to include:
-Bathing/showering
- meal preparation
joint visits with contractors/specialist equipment providers
Cost: £80 per hour
- Moving & Handling training to family and/or informal caregiver
Cost: £80 per hour
Multi Factorial Falls Risk Assessment
includes
- Balance, strength & range of movement assessment.
- Strength & balance exercises.
- Environmental modification advice.
(We have links to private physiotherapists, should this be required).
Cost: £60
Short term rehabilitation
Following a hospital stay, illness or fall, we can support you to regain functional abilities to resume completing transfers, personal care and domestic tasks.
Cost: £60 per hour
